Cliff Totter and Larry Vierheilig, both current directors on the NCSD board have filed paperwork to run for reelection. Both Larry and Cliff have served on the board, I believe, for at least two terms. Cliff is one of the most knowledgable directors on the board regarding water resources and managment. I am pleased to endorse both Cliff and Larry for reelection, and will comment here on their candidacy as the election progresses toward November 7, 2006. Both have made significant contributions to the NCSD Board and our local community as they have served on the board.
There is one more seat open on the board. Thus far the incumbent has not yet filed paperwork. The deadline is August 11, 2006. More later. . .
